If the IVA was originally six or extended to six during the term the equity conditions can then mean a seventh year. Check with your IP as to why.

Thank u I'm clueless in this stuff and to think we have to do another year after already doing it for nearly 6 years we need to ask for a copy of the agreement and read through it again
