We finished our iva in July 2013 and received our completion certificate in August 2014. We are looking to borrow a few thousand pounds and would like advice based on the following.
Iva removed from insolvency register
Experian credit score excellent
Equifax Excellent
Call Credit Fair
Noodle Fair
Who is likely to accept us for a home improvement loan to get some much needed repairs carried out to house.
Thanks

I would start with any high street lender or supermarket who were not original creditors (or linked organisation) assuming the IVA is completely removed from your credit file (i.e. > 6 years).
I wont not admit to have being in an IVA or other credit agreement, but that is a matter of conscience for you.
