I currently have around £6600 left to pay on my IVA plus I may have to re-mortgage which will result in an additional 12 months of payments if I cant re-mortgage.

A friend has offered to gift me £6600 and Im just trying to get an idea of whether or not this may be accepted as a full and final settlement on my IVA?

I understand each individuals case is different, just wanted an opinon from someone who may have experience on whether its likey to be accepted or not.

Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
