Sorry to hear this. Depending upon the actual prognosis and how long you have been in your IVA your creditors might consider accepting payments made to date as full and final settlement.

I would suggest a full and frank discussion with your IP direct.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Definitely speak to your IP who will be able to help. The IVA is the least of your concerns now and I agree that an early closure seems appropriate.

I agree the IVA should be the least of your concerns, talk to you IP and hopefully this can be closed to let you concentrate on other things. xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Nobody should have to be concerned with debt while dealing with a serious illness,even more so when a terminal diagnosis has been dealt.

Discuss this with your IP,clearly they will require consultants and gp's letter confirming whats going on but an early closure is very possible.

So sorry to read of your ill health ... as others have said your iva is not important right niw ..let your IP resolve with your creditors and hopefully they will agree to payments to date. Spend your time with those around you that love and care and try not to worry over this x
