5 Years ago I was in a Debt Management plan, and received a call regarding an IVA and chose to opt into it a year later. I have been in this 4 years in January, but this has been with two different companies, the old company was taken over by the new. I have had no communication, and no annual assessment. From my own research have found when final payment is due, they then turn round and pull all the figures out on what you owe them. I am worried this is the case as I have not received any information despite paying someone every month. I find this especially concerning approaching my final year.
