If authorities have levied or taken control of goods the debt cannot be included ?

RE a Council Tax debt if the authorities have levied or taken control of goods prior to the IVA application the debt cannot be included in the IVA can you tell me if this is correct Thanks

The debt will be included but you may need a court order to stop seizure of the goods or to prevent their sale. Any IP firm should be able to advise properly on this.
