Why would an insolvency practitioner transfer clients to another company ?

why would an insolvency practitioner transfer clients to another company, surely this can only be in the interest of the IP and not the client?

It really should make no difference to how your iva is run.

There are a number of reasons such as retirement, death, restructuring or closure. Why do you ask?
