started iva in July 13, returned 1st year review paperwork beg June 14, have never been contacted with results so just paying the same as quoted last year. Is it normal not to hear back?

No its not normal not to hear back . You are entitled to an I & E review once a year to ensure your IVA is still manageable. It can of course work the other way and sometimes increased income can increase your IVA payment although I think this is not usual.

I would give your IP a call and ask them for a copy if your annual review. It should have been written by now and made available to you
