if however you are struggling to get a high street business account, there are 2 card-based accounts 'Cash Plus' and 'Card One Banking', which offer business accounts to IVA customers.

Fees look pretty good as well, but 'Cash Plus' wont process cheque payments/receipts.
My opinions are just that: Based on my experience and being a self-employed IVA customer.

It is difficult with the High St. banks, though I have seen a few over the years ( one that comes to mind was Barclays) but these have generally been through the help of a sympathetic Branch Manager --- the automated systems will throw you out more often than not.
