Does it sound right that I have to pay another 12 months payments when they have a lot of PPI ?

Our 5 years were up on 22/07/2014 and Debt Free Direct have now written to us to say the we need to pay another 12 months payments. Dos this sound right as not only have they received 5 years payments they have also received a lot of money in PPI refunds.

It does if you had a minimim dividend to achieve or equity. Irrespective of ppi extra payments, you are liable for total debt plus fees plus statutory interest until you get the completion certificate.

Do you own your own property ? If so they will be looking at 12 months in lieu of equity.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
