I'm in an IVA with cleardebt who use DRSP for the PPI claims. For the past couple of years I have been told that Cleardebt are taking legal advice with regard to lenders wanting to offset PPI payments against debt, as Cleardenbt believe that these payments should go towards the IVA as an asset. Is there an answer to this?

Not yet, as far as we know. These appear to be being dealt with on a case by case basis and seem to be going either way.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
