I received my Completion Certificate on September 24 this year and have been told that my name will be removed from the Insolvency Register within three months. Its now the 19 December and there are just a few days left. I am wondering now whether it might run over the three months and whether there is anything I can do if it does.
Some members have reported that they were removed 3 months, to the day, from receiving their CC. Hang in a few days, you may need to give your (ex)IP a push to get it sorted
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues
Seagulls, some get removed right away -- others get the official treatment and get removed three months to the day from the date of the certificate ( which is the official policy).

IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
People who have never been in an IVA (including many IP's) simply do not understand the feelings associated with that last payment, then the certificate and, very importantly, removal from that darned register.
That was the worse part for me -- being open to public scrutiny, like being placed in virtual stocks on display!

Does the register update automatically? if not with it being December 24th it should drop off may take a few days due to the Christmas break but you should be off very soon and a great start to the New Year.
I share Foggy's sentiments exactly in respect of people who have never been in an IVA understanding and that register don't get me started!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
Yes it feels like blame and shame and as Foggy says being in the stocks! An IVA is hard enough and most of us just want to deal with our debt responsibly but privately . The Insolvency register feels like a public humiliation.
