Hi, I am with payplan and today I received a letter from Lloyds explaining that I was missold ppi. I have received a cheque for £519 I will be declaring this but wanted to ask is there any chance I will see any of it. The money stems from a very old loan which is not one which is on the iva. Admittedly Lloyds are one of the creditors. Thanks

Some IP's, it seems, do allow you to retain PPI from loans settled before the IVA, however most don't.

Only your own IP can advise.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
