Is it possible to move home if your family has outgrown current home?i mean move house but buy something same price

You would not be able to gain another mortgage whilst the IVA is still 'live'.

How much longer has your IVA to run?

You could rent out your current property and rent elsewhere until your credit file clears up. This is usually fine but discuss it with your IP first. You will also have to inform the mortgage and insurance companies.
