It looks as though the owner has previously run other businesses from the same address who specialise in PPI reclaims and Personal Injury claims - I wonder if they just make commision by referring customers to other specialist organisations?
Whatever you do, I certainly wouldn't agree to anything until you had discussed your situation with at least 1 or 2 other companies - maybe you could try some of the firms recommended by this website.

I have never heard of them either. It would certainly be worth taking free advice from an insolvency firm who will discuss all the options available to you. You can then decide which option is best for you.
