I started a new job within the financial services (insurance sales). I started 14/1/15. Yesterday everone had to sign a statement saying that we had no criminal convictions or that we wernt bankrucpt or in the middle of bankrucpty. I answered no to this even though Im 2.5 years into my IVA. My supervisor has said I answered this correctly. Would like to know what the experts think.

You have if it stated the above. If it stated have you entered an arrangement with your creditors you would have to say yes

If the question said bankruptcy you answered correctly. If it was insolvency then you no.
