I have fallen victim to IVA Checkline Spam. I have lost a large sum to them. I do not know what to do now as I still have fours years to go with my IVA. What should I do now to remedy my precarious situation? Thanks.

You need to speak to your IP as you are likely in serious arrears if the IVA has not already been failed. It is possible the IVA could be salvaged and regardless speak to trading standards.
