IVA's are individual so they can and do vary in length. The most common being 60 months and often these days with an extension for any equity release clause. However due to full and final offers they can be shorter or because of other reasons can be longer.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

IVA's are setup as law then once agreed switch to a contract which can vary.. usually 60 or 72 months.
