Hi and welcome to the forum. Approached by? How did they know you had a debt problem?

I would be wary of anyone making first contact myself.

Aside from that linrog has a good working relationship with them but I would talk to at least another companny too.

Michael Peoples who posts on the forum works for McCambridge Duffy is an excellent person to talk to too.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Whichever company you go for it is important to chat with a couple to get a feel for them and find a company which you are comfortable with -- you are going into a fairly intimate financial relationship.

HB have had mixed mentions of late ( but all firms have their ups and downs). Have a look around the forum to see what experiences we have had with various firms.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Avoid CreditFix like the plague. PJG sold 900+ of us to them and they're entirely the type of company I avoided when I first looked into doing an IVA.

Wish I could get shot of them!

We went with Cleardebt who were fantastic. We had car trouble and they reduced our payments, hsd payment breaks and made reduced payments.
