What options have I got to sign house over to my partner ? It is in both of our names currently.

Was wondering what is my options to sign the house which is under both partners names at the moment to my partner. I am currently in a IVA arrangement.

If already in an iva agreement the likelihood is any equity within the house will be captured and therefore signing it over would be pointless. You would need to seek permission of your IP / creditors in the first instance

There will be an RX1 restriction on the house, so your IP will be aware of the transaction. If you do this without his agreement he could fail the IVA.
