My IVA with Knightsbridge has just failed. What are my options, other than just disappearing ?

I lost my job back in June 2014 but kept up with my payments until september 2014 i informed them i was unemployed and could not afford anymore payments until im back in work. I have not been able to get a job apart from 6 weeks temping. Now im back to square one and im scared of creditors coming after my seperated wife as she still lives at the family home with my 2 children she pays the mortgage and i dont live there i sleep on the sofa at family and friends places. What are my options other than dissapearing
