My iva has just failed and after contacting Knightbridgse insolvency services they said there is nothing more they will do. I lost my job back in June 2014 but kept up with my payments until september 2014 i informed them i was unemployed and could not afford anymore payments until im back in work. I have not been able to get a job apart from 6 weeks temping. Now im back to square one and im scared of creditors coming after my seperated wife as she still lives at the family home with my 2 children she pays the mortgage and i dont live there i sleep on the sofa at family and friends places. What are my options other than dissapearing

You can, if up to it, start another IVA with a more helpful company, or a debt management plan, according to your level of debt and income.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Bankruptcy seems like an option but does of course depend on the equity in the former marital home. You do have other options so get some free advice.
