I have an IVA at the moment but I am looking to go back to college and get a professional qualification so I can earn more (and pay more). Would student finance be considered as 'new credit'?

Thanks for the advice.

It would be so you will need permission from your IP. This ought not to be a problem.

You will also have to consider your ability to maintain the IVA during your studies, as, I assume, your income will be reduced.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
