I started my IVA in May 2007 and received my completion certificate in November 2011. Now as far as my understanding is that this IVA should of came off my Credit Reports in May 2013. It is still showing up as not completed. Any help would be appreciated in how to get it removed.

It would appear that they have never been sent a copy of the completion certificate. Send them a copy now and it should be removed. Be wise to check the Insolvency Register too, just to make sure you have been removed from that.

Hi

Important to check that you are off the Insolvency Register first, then inform credit reference agencies of your completion certificate

Make sure they do not list a notice of correction about your IVA as this will stay on file until you request that it is taken off

It's still listed on the Insolvency Register. How do I go about getting it taken off please? Also I have emailed Experian a copy of the certificate. What do I need to ask them to get this removed off my Experian please?

The Insolvency Register site has a contact us link -- use that to tell them that the IVA is completed and that you have the certificate. They will respond by email and you can then use that contact to scan across a copy of the certificate.

All you need do with the CRA's is tell them it is complete and they should mark it so ( after seeing a copy of the certificate ). It should then drop off, being past the 6th anniversary.

Hi

Your IP should have informed the Insolvency Register that your IVA has been concluded

If the iva is still showing with experian make sure you also send copies of your completion certificate to call credit and equifax as I would expect it still to be showing with them also
Best wishes Rich
