My employer is thinking of changing their bank, I have access to the on line banking and make payments on behalf of my employer, this was all set up before my IVA and when I had no financial problems, if my employer changes banks will they do new searches, and IVA show up, (I would die of shame if they found out)we completed IVA early, but still have 3 years left of the 6.
If the online access is in their name with you using their passwords etc. there should be no problem. There should only be a fly in the ointment if you are named as a joint account holder.
