Can I offer the PPI interest I have received as a F&F ? Is there any danger it will be taken back ?

Sorry but the likelihood is that they will retain it anyway.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Hi Carol. As said, the chances are that this should be payable into the IVA in any case. However, a few ( very few) IP's are allowing the client to retain the interest element of refunds. If yours is one of those and they have passed this interest on to you, then, yes, you can offer it up as a full and final.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
