hi
if your partner does not share household bills and her wages are less than mine and have other commitments such as catching a mini cab in the morning to get work because there are no bus's that run at that time. Does she have pay into the household bills and what happens if doesn't?
thank you

They may just assume a 50-50 split.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

As said, they will, most likely, assume a 50/50 split, unless you can demonstrate otherwise by, for instance, showing that her income is far less than yours.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
