Hi
If my case manager tells me in writing I will receive my completion certificate in 6 weeks and they need nothing more from me, what takes place between now and me receiving the certificate?

Thanks

They just do their final checks and admin. Don't go winning the lottery until you get the certificate though !!! You are still bound by the IVA !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

This will allow time for final checks and dividend payments to be made. Hopefully the time flies in for you.
