Just wondered. I had a current account with NatWest that was included in my iva. Will the account automatically be closed? I'm just worrying cos I want to close the 2 savings accounts I have with them and don't want them to start asking me awkward questions about the current account! I've had my cc about 10 months now.
Iva completed, CC received June 2014!

I think if they were going to offset, they would have done.

I should have said, there's no money in them, I just want to close them.

I believe the companies close the accounts after iva concluded ... seven years on and we are not receiving statements or letters from our old creditors and nothing shows up on credit report for them etc so presume closed.

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
