Well, I thought I was seeing the light at the end of the tunnel...got independent valuation as follows;
House valuation £147500
Multiplied by 85% = £125,375
Mortgage redemption £130,820
Available equity = -(£5445)
Then .....letter when I got home tonight saying my IVA firm have arranged own valuation!. I phoned them and lady dealing with my case is not back till Tuesday. He confirmed they have sent a request to another agent to do a valuation. Hopefully this can be cancelled. I have emailed them the valuation and sent other details in the post. Urggghhhh...nothing is straight forward!.

IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
