So we have submitted our totals and with our house valuatuion done by a local agent we should have no equity available to re mortgage. Even if our IP use an online valuation an average of the two should mean that if it is worked out 85% LTV then we still have none, or at least 5k clause each.
Fingers crossed that we hear soon...and have just 6 more payments to go [:D]

Good luck Ike, I was a bit stressed about this as we were a borderline case. However, got the documents together and emailed over to case worker. Got email back a few hours later saying no equity and that was the end of the matter and 6 payments left.

Not stressful at all. Hope you get the same outcome.
