When I get to the end of my IVA is that it doe's the debt finish I have herd so many things tried
to get out of it very early and there replay was
that they had a bigger legal team so bring it on.
It was miss sold to me I trusted an old friend.
Once you have made your final payment and received your certificate of completion the debt has been cleared. It will be on the 6th anniversary if your start date that your credit files will show no reference to the iva and defaults on individual lines of credit begin to disappear.
We are 5 years from ours finishing now with no impact from previous creditors.

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
The unpaid debt is written off at the end and you will have to make no more payments. However, any PPI you claim or are due will still ned to be paid to your IP as this is an asset of the IVA, as well as any windfalls that you became entitled to during the IVA term.
