Sorry for your loss.

Contact the iva company, explain the situation and state who will be the executor of the estate.

Come back to the board at any stage for help if needed.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

I, too, am sorry for your loss. Advise the IP as above and then forget the IVA for a short while and take some time for yourself. Paperwork and estate administration can wait until you are ready for it.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Death would normally terminate the IVA but your IP can resolve this. We normally try and close the file down with payments to date as otherwise it can get complicated. The executors of the estate will need to liaise with your mother's IP.

Hi Joan - How awful, I am so sorry. The IVA payments are not your responsibility so don't think you have to pay them. Hopefully the IP will be astute enough to vary the IVA on the basis of a full and final settlement/completion on the basis of payments made to date and will simply close the case.
