Fisherman .. Evette is really good in coming back to people and will no doubt do so once she has an answer for you.

I know its frustrating and worrying but give them a couple of working days to look at things ....

I'll bump this up a bit for you and hopefully Evette will pick up on this tomorrow.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I can see that you are at work by reply to another post on here . Reading the posts it seems that there is at least three of us on here who were told when we made our final payment that we would have our CC within 6 weeks only then to be told when we ring up that it is going to take much longer & we were given the wrong information by the first person we spoke to. hope you can get this sorted as feeling very let down at the moment up until now I have only had praise for DFD but it seems like you are falling at the last hurdle (hope not )

I'll try and keep it bumped up for you, have a look at Evette's profile and email her direct using the email address in there would be my best suggestion. Hoping you can contact her and get some reassurance.

yes she sent me an e-mail saying that she & the closure team were looking into our case & she would get back to me when she had,so heres hoping we here something soon.
