We started a IVA on the 22nd July but we made an early settlement last year and got completion certificate dated 11th Nov 2014. I use noddle for my credit report and there is some defaults on there, 2 from Natwest (CC&Loan) and one from I believe DFS. Can ui write to them and ask them to remove the default or do I have to wait until July 2016 after 6 years or will it be 12 months after completion Nov 2015?

Hi

Even though you made an early settlement a record of the IVA and any defaults will still remain on your credit file until six years from when the IVA started and the defaults were registered

You have to wait the full 6 years I am afraid. Good credit file clean up advice here:

My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
