It depends on your paperwork - give it a check but it is possible.

If the plus 1 is an extension because you could not release equity then the IVA should cease unless there are arrears for example. If the extra year was proposed by NRAM then the IVA could be extended to address equity.
It is possible but check your paperwork to see what it says.

If it was originally accepted as a 6 year IVA ( often the case if NRAM is a creditor or if there is a low dividend), yes, it could be extended into a 7 year for equity purposes.
