We made our last payments on 4th feb 2015 and have been fobbed off time and time again by dfd about our completion certificate we have been told today it could be 2 years surely this is not right how do i make a complaint and what information do I need is there a template letter I could read anywhere
You need to make a formal complaint to DFD first of all -- their complaints procedure should be on their website. After that if not happy, you can escalate the complaint to their regulators via the Government Gateway here:
