Hi I am due to finish my IVA in May next year and currently owe £2115.00 my mum has offered to help me get it paid off so I can get it over and done with.
I am going to ring my IVA company but would be extremely grateful on some advice about how much I should offer please?
Most full and final offers are based on the number of payments left multiplied by the monthly repayment (plus 12 payments if there is equity to be addressed). You can round it down a little as they will be saving on admin costs .... maybe £2k in your case.

If there is a property with equity you may need to offer more than £2k as creditors would get at least a twelve month extension so if this is the case I would think £4k would be nearer the mark.
It may depend on who you are with anyway as some firms are really slow with variations and if you are with one of them you need to push them hard or just let the IVA run its course.
