Well, I am sat very anxiously awaiting the outcome of a variation meeting with my creditors for a full and final offer. I have tried to forget about the meeting for the past few weeks and not get my hopes up (so much so I have only taken note of the date of the meeting not the time!) but today is the day and finding it particularly hard to forget about it now! (wish I had taken notice of the time now too as I'm finding myself checking my phone every few minutes for an update [:)])

Best of luck Lisa but I am sure you will be fine. If there was a problem you would hope the IP had notified you before now so give them a ring rather than sitting sweating it out.

Thanks!
I'm sure they will be in touch soon, I have dropped them an email so I'm sure they'll let me know the outcome as soon as they know, they are a very good firm, I don't want to pester them so I'll sit it out a bit longer yet [:)]

Great:)
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Congratulations Lisa, I hope mine goes the same way. Can I ask how long it took from writing your letter to the meeting date? I wrote my letter a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks all! Am very pleased just looking forward to that piece of paper so I can move on!
Colin it was just under 2 months from the date I sent my letter to the meeting being held, they have to give 28 days notice to the creditors.
