How can I find out how to get the actual amount of the money which is still due. My IVA company is not willing to provide those details and I wanted to find out how to obtain the actual figure. Also how will this affect my credit history as my details have been uploaded to the public register ?

Hi and welcome,

Not sure I understand the question? The IVA will be on a public register and will affect her credit history.

What money is she still due?

Once you are in an iva your credit history is totally trashed.

The total amount owing during the iva is based on a number of factors.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Your IP should be able to give you a list of creditors who have claimed and an up to date income and payments account. If they refuse you have the right to complain.
