What if you were in an IVA before and you stop payment years ago because of drastic change in financial circumstances can you still apply for another IVA now with the same creditors?

It is possible but obviously you may have to give some assurance around how you believe you can see it through.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Hi and welcome,

What happened after your last IVA failed - did your creditor chase you again?

Have a chat with some experts - Andy Davie/Vincent Bond come recommended and they will give you some free advice.

You can try but they may not agree to it second time around - it will depend on their attitude and the reasons given for the previous failure.
