I doubt your IP will need anything else in the last month - just check that you can cancel your standing order once that last payment goes out.

Hi, firstly I'm assuming you're almost finished so well done on that one. I would definitely check with him/her what if anything they need and whether you can go ahead and cancel your so/dd as soon as the final payment has gone out of your bank

It depends - each IP is different but would suspect the same info they ask you for each year when they do your I&E review. Some will want bank statements, pay slips etc. Others will just want you to complete an I&E form.
