I am with PJG and PPI investigation was started by Clifford Watts in April 2014. Clifford Watts no longer exist and Melanie Giles was carrying on the investigation and I was told in June 2015 that she was waiting for response from one lender and would get back to me. I have emailed several times recently but cannot get response from Melanie giving me update. Am almost 3 years into IVA and would like to get this resolved asap - if it takes another 20 months to resolve I will not be very happy! Is it OK for me to do my own investigations and relay response back to PJG - will they accept this? Don't think there is any PPI (if there is, it will be very small amount) and just want to get this sorted out.

Hi,

Are you still with PJG or were passed across to CreditFix?

It's all to do with the amount of posts you have made.

Keep pestering them with emails and calls until they get back to you.

I'm still "junior" - reminds me of the time I was the youngest person in the cinema and I'm middle aged!
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

Clifford Watts do still exist because I have just received all the documents to agree a PPI Deed of Assignment so that my IVA can be closed following F&F.
