I had an Iva and completed it in 2011 with accompany called simply debt everything was fine now I have been told they have gone bust I haven't any paper work and paid 11000 to them I'm now getting all my old debters sending me letters looks like nothing was paid help
I think they were called simple debt solutions (not to be confused with simply debt solutions or other companies of that name).
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.
