Can my Iva company refuse to put an offer forward they are saying if I settle now it will be the full amount. But I be paying 3 years earlier thought creditors might consider this and at the end of 3 years they will not get all money back.

Your IP must put forward any offer you make to creditors and usually within twenty one days of being asked by you. Go back and speak directly to the IP and if you get no success make an official complaint.

Hi Mini - no they can't refuse, although I'm a little confused about what has happened with you and what you have offered.
