Trying to do a F&F due to husbands mental health problems, £30,000 to pay if we carried on paying monthly. Family offered to pay £28000 to clear it now, why do we still have to do an income/expenditure review when we would be nearly paying it all? Can anyone explain?

Hi and welcome,

So sorry to hear about your husband. I am sure this amount will be fine but you may have to do a final review and also your family will have to provide evidence of the amount and where it comes from.

Also make sure that the IP company knows that the offer is only available for a full and final.
