What are my chances of getting a mortgage under the RTB scheme ?

I had an IVA which was fully paid up over 12 months ago. I live in a cuncil property & would get 50% discount off my home so reckon I need a mortgage for about 65,000. my current rent is 384 a month - no arrears - what are my chances of getting a mortgage under RTB scheme.Thankyou

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
