Hi all

I have received the paperwork for my annual review on my single IVA.

It says to cross out any outgoings/bills that have significantly increased over the past year. All our bills are more or less the same as last year.

My question is: if I leave the income and expenditure as the same as last year would they question it ? Ask why things haven't changed ?

If things haven't changed then they haven't changed - we have tried to ensure stability on that side.

The only time there has been a significant increase in expenditure was when we realised our first provider had not use the step change guidance as the iva was set up.

Our permissible expenditure was 25% less and finding that out helped us head off an increase in contributions because of a perceived increase in income.
IVA started March 2011, Completed March 2016 and certificate issued 11 days after final payment. It was not always easy but then some of the best decisions aren't.

To be honest, I think a "nothing's changed" type review is what your IP will hope for. No meetings, no admin, no expense... easy-peasy.
One pay-cheque away from oblivion!

I doubt it - they send you the form and it's up to you to be honest and disclose any changes failing which your contributions should stay as they are.
