I paid off an IVA around 18 months ago and have since inherited a property which I am going to rent out. Which insurance companies will provide landlord insurance for me?

Hi and welcome,

I have no idea who will do this - I take it that your IVA is off your record?

Use a comparison site - it will give you some idea who does this type on insurance. ie Go compare/moneysupermarket or you can use a insurance website

For my let property, I use a broker 'Discount Insurance'. They got me a very good ( and cheap) policy with 'Zurich'.

Have also used CIA Insurance - again very good.

Give them a Google and compare.

Good luck.
My opinions are just that: Based on my experience and being a self-employed IVA customer.
