Do I have to provide car tax and insurance details which are in my partners name ?

My IVA company has requested car tax and insurance details which are in my partners name. Do I have to provide these as it's my IVA and nothing to do with my partner.

They are probably assuming that, as you probably travel in the car, you contribute to the expenses and need to know these to make the appropriate allowances in your I&E. If you don't contribute to these tell them you don't pay car tax and insurance and they don't need to know.
