As the title suggests can I cancel my direct debit after paying the money for an accepted full and final?

Hi,

You should be able to - just double check with the IP company.

I would say so. Personally I would cancel then confirm with your IP on the grounds that you can pay over anything they might still want, but it takes forever ( if at all) to get back an overpayment.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thanks for the replies. The fella in the variation team said they won't be doing any further reviews and should all be tied up within 4 to 6 weeks

I'm assuming that'll mean there should be no more money owed as an i&e was done as part of f&f
